Showstoppers is Nashville SC’s limited release merch line. Each year we have a select group of players that get a design made after them, requiring their approval. NSC then hosts various events where you can only buy the shirts in person at that event. I had the privilege of designing shirts for Anibal Godoy and Lukas MacNaughton.
We created these using halftone’s and a limited amount of colors. Using lightning bolts throughout the designs ties everything back into NSC’s central branding. We drew inspiration from retro NASCAR shirts and other loud, texture heavy designs from the late ‘90s and early 2000s.
